What is the vacation certificate redeemable for?
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults, 21 years or older, to two (2) round trip passages aboard Discovery Cruises, sailing from Port Everglades, Florida to Grand Bahama Island (including shipboard meals and entertainment) PLUS three (3) nights resort hotel accommodations on Grand Bahama Island. Your cost to redeem this certificate is just a US $25.00 processing, postage and handling fee (paid with this certificate) to receive your reservation form to book your reservations.
At the time of booking your reservations with the fulfillment travel center, a US $129 per person, Port/Service fee for a total double occupancy payment of $258.00 is required. Holiday season surcharges are applicable and April through August reservations require a $49 per person, peak season surcharge. Cruise and resort/hotel accommodations are available year round, subject to promotional availability and a minimum 60-day advance notice. Reservation requests with less than 60 days will be accepted, but are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge on a space available basis. The fulfillment travel center makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected; therefore, reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or cruise lines of equal or greater value.
Transportation to and from the Port Everglades, Florida area, transfers; island transportation, meals, hotel taxes, and gratuities in the Bahamas and in Florida are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same cabin by parent, relative, or legal guardian 25 years or older. The only exceptions are married guests or parents traveling with their children in different cabins.
The Bahamas is a foreign country and requires Proof of Citizenship in the form of a valid ID (driver’s license) accompanied by a state certified Birth Certificate or passport, or a valid passport until 12/30/07. For any/all Cruises to the Bahamas after 12/30/07 only a valid Passport will be accepted as Proof of Citizenship. Proof of Citizenship identification is subject to Governmental changes and is the responsibility of the passengers traveling, to verify current proof of identification required with the proper Governmental authorities prior to travel.
What type of accommodations will I receive on this offer? Can I pick the hotel?
No, you cannot pick the hotel, because the hotel you receive depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates you choose. You will receive quality hotel accommodations.
Is airfare included?
No, airfare is not included.
How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
You can redeem your certificate either by mail, fax or online. Simply follow the directions on the certificate or on the website to redeem your certificate. There is a $35 processing and handling fee to redeem it. After you redeem your certificate we will send you your vacation reservation form, which you will receive in the mail within 7-10 business days. When you receive the reservation form you will book your reservations with the travel agency listed on it.
Do I have to attend any timeshare sales presentation to receive the vacation offer?
